Kemas Azharai al-Palimbani selain sebagai seorang Ulama dan penulis, ia juga Penyair. Syair syair yang ditulisnya biasanya dicantumkan pada bagian awal atau akhir dari kitab dikarangnya, seperti terdapat Badi’ al-Zaman Fi Bayan A’qaid al-Iman.Dalam persfektif dakwah tulis tersebut mengandung beberapa tujuan yaitu : hakiki dakwah, khusus umum dakwah.
